# How Your Order Is Routed

> How Rialto selects the best execution for your order.

## Best execution, automatically

When you place an order, Rialto requests a live price for your exact size from
every supported liquidity source, compares them by how much you receive after
network costs, and routes your order to the best result. This happens on every
order.

## You do not choose a source

There is no venue to select and no routing setting to configure. Rialto selects
the source for you, drawing on its own propAMM, third-party propAMMs, and
conventional DEX pools.

## Orders can be split

When splitting an order across more than one source produces a better overall
result, Rialto does that automatically. You still see a single trade with one
outcome.
