Build your order

Select the asset to sell and the asset to buy, then enter the amount. Rialto returns a live quote for that exact size, showing the expected output, the minimum you will receive after slippage, and any fees.

Review the quote

Before confirming, check:
  • Expected output. The amount you receive at the current quote.
  • Minimum received. The least you will accept; the trade reverts below this.
  • Fees. Any applicable fees, already reflected in the quote.
Quotes are valid only briefly. If the quote ages before you confirm, it is refreshed so you act on current terms.

Check your settings

Before confirming, open Settings from the button at the top right of the order form and confirm:
  • Slippage. The maximum price movement you will accept, set to 0.5% by default. You can choose a preset or enter a custom value. This sets the minimum received on your order.
  • Gasless swap. When enabled, you sign the order with Permit2 and a relayer broadcasts the transaction and pays the network gas. When off, you submit the transaction from your wallet and pay gas yourself.
  • Show Token Value in USD. Displays the USD value of the assets in your order.

Approve, then confirm

Depending on the asset and execution method, your wallet will prompt you to either sign or approve:
  • Token approval. The first time you sell a given token, you may need a one-time approval so the trade can move that token. This is a standard onchain step.
  • Order signature or transaction. You then either sign the order, for gasless execution, or submit the transaction directly from your wallet.
Confirm the prompt in your wallet to execute the trade.

Settlement

The selected route settles onchain in a single transaction. The order either fills in full at the agreed terms or reverts, and your balances update on confirmation. If it reverts, your funds stay in your wallet apart from any network fee already spent.
